I love cake, but I’m not sure I would want to cut into these works of art by baker extraordinaire Karen Mitchell and her company The Dark Side of Cake.  We have seen lots of cool horror cakes over the years but these are some of the best we have seen.  One thing is for sure Karen is making talent for creating amazing cake.  Make sure to check out The Dark Side of Cake to see the cake cuttings if you can stomach it.
